本文从药剂组合的理念出发,以煤油作为辅助捕收剂部分替代价格昂贵的十二胺,配制不同组成的十二胺-煤油混溶捕收剂,研究了该药剂的对尖山铁矿以及石英纯矿物的分选规律,通过显微图像分析了混溶捕收剂的作用机理,并通过闭路流程实验与传统药剂十二胺进行了对比。结果表明:混溶捕收剂中十二胺的较佳比例为40%,在这个比例下,煤油的增效效果最明显;煤油的加入强化了细粒石英的聚团过程显著提高了细粒级石英的回收率;通过闭路流程实验,以十二胺-煤油作为捕收剂,可以得到TFe品位68.57%,回收率96.72%的铁精矿。与传统阳离子捕收剂十二胺相比,十二胺-煤油选择性更优兼具经济效益,具有良好的应用价值。  相似文献

以清香型白酒大米查酒醅发酵工艺为基础,采用单因素试验探究发酵温度、水添加量、大曲添加量、发酵时间等影响因素对清香型白酒发酵过程酒醅中乙酸乙酯形成的影响,并在单因素试验基础上,以乙酸乙酯产量为评价指标,通过响应面试验优化清香型白酒发酵工艺条件。结果表明,发酵温度、水添加量、大曲添加量、发酵时间对酒醅中乙酸乙酯的形成具有一定影响,最佳发酵工艺为:大曲添加量12.2%,发酵温度28℃,水添加量118%、发酵时间21 d。在此优化条件下,酒醅中乙酸乙酯含量最高,为(0.91±0.02)g/kg。  相似文献

Nanomedicine-based synergy of chemodynamic therapy (CDT) and radiotherapy (RT) modulated by tumor microenvironment enables rapid tumor ablation, which holds great hope for the refractory and recurrent cancers, such as triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). The clinical translation of hafnium oxide (HfO2), commercially named as NBTXR3, has aroused new research focus on single-component inorganic nanomedicines as clinical candidates. Herein, the single-component MnWO4 is first reported as a new kind of Fenton-like agent yet radiosensitizer for TNBC treatment undergoing the synergistic CDT/RT mechanism. MnWO4 nanorods are synthesized via a simple one-pot hydrothermal method and then undergo a layer-by-layer PEGylation to obtain bioavailable MnWO4-PEG (MWP). MWP-based Fenton-like reaction efficacy depends on reaction time, temperatures, pH values, and MWP concentrations. Mn-triggered chemodynamic effect delays RT-induced DNA damage repair and sorts cell cycles distribution toward radiosensitive phases, while W-mediated radiosensitization improves the tumoral H2O2 overexpression to enhance CDT, remarkably amplifying of the intracellular oxidative stress to boost 4T1 cell apoptosis. In vitro and in vivo evaluations further demonstrate the effectiveness and biosafety of MWP-based synergistic therapy. Considering the potential magnetic resonance and computed tomography imaging capabilities, MWP can be expected as an intelligent cancer theranostics for imaging-guided cancer therapy in clinic in the future.  相似文献

In this review, the environmental issues and the energy crisis caused due to overuse of diminishing fossil fuels have been introduced and discussed. The need for new renewable, non-carbon emission energy sources and the importance of hydrogen (H2) as clean and efficient energy generated via hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) through electrochemical water splitting is discussed. The role of an efficient electrocatalyst for HER has been highlighted. The requirement of low-cost, efficient, and durable electrocatalysts for HER to replace the costly platinum (Pt) electrocatalysts is introduced. The importance of nano transition metal carbides (TMCs), especially molybdenum carbide (Mo2C), as an efficient and stable electrocatalyst has been discussed in detail. The progress and advances to improve the electrocatalytic performance of nano Mo2C on the basis of synthesis, size, shape, and carbon support in different forms have been presented. The role of different carbon species over Mo2C on HER activity has been discussed. The importance of nitrogen (N) doping within the carbon structure encapsulating Mo2C particles to improve the HER activity has been highlighted. The importance of in-situ developed surface carbon over Mo2C has been discussed in detail. The utilization of waste carbon materials to address the environmental issues caused due to non-biodegradable wastes is also discussed. In the end, the future scope has been highlighted to commercialize Mo2C as a low-cost electrocatalyst for hydrogen production through HER.  相似文献

本研究旨在运用网络药理学方法和分子对接技术综合解释毛建茶干预高脂血症的核心成分和作用机制。利用中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台筛选得到毛建茶中8 个活性成分和160 个干预高脂血症作用的靶点,构建“毛建茶-活性成分-交集靶点-高脂血症”网络。基因本体通路分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书通路富集分析结果显示,毛建茶干预高脂血症主要涉及肿瘤坏死因子信号通路、胰岛素抵抗和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体等信号通路;分子对接及可视化分析结果表明,毛建茶核心成分与关键靶点间均能稳定结合。综上,毛建茶通过多成分-多靶点-多通路协同作用干预高脂血症,研究结果可为代用茶植物资源的开发与利用提供理论依据。  相似文献
